La Simona | Scaling artisanal heritage
Project Overview
The Brief
La Simona has been producing high-quality artisanal nougat (turrón) since 2013. The challenge consisted of launching a new line of four distinct flavors while preserving its heritage identity, while simultaneously solving a critical operational barrier: production cost efficiency and packaging versatility.
Our Approach
01. Modular Packaging Architecture
02. Material Curation
Modular Packaging Architecture
We created a unified base structure utilizing interchangeable sleeves. This technical solution enables agile flavor differentiation, drastically reducing printing costs without compromising the brand’s premium character.
Material Selection & Tactility
Materialidad
We paired the raw honesty of kraft paper with the sophistication of copper hot stamping and spot UV varnish. The resulting identity seamlessly balances artisanal heritage with a premium standard, transforming the packaging into a distinguished asset tailored for the competitive gifting market.
The Outcome
We delivered a comprehensive visual system that not only positions La Simona as a quality benchmark within its category but also safeguards its operational profitability. The result is a scalable packaging solution that facilitates future product line extensions with an optimized investment, consistently maintaining an export-quality aesthetic standard.
